Jun 22nd, 2010, Sinopharm held Quality management of the cold chain – seminar on VVM implementation in Changchun. Leaders from MoH Disease Control Bureau Immunization Planning and Management Division, SFDA Drug Registration Bureau, CDC National Immunization Program Planning Center, NICPBP, Jilin Provincial FDA, Jilin Provincial CDC, as well as experts from WHO, PATH and US Temptime Corporate attended the seminar. Sinopharm VP Feng Duojia, representatives from industrial management department of Sinopharm, CNBG and its subsidiaries, CSIMC, CMIC, Sinopharm Logistics, more than 50 people attended the seminar.
The seminar had discussed the necessity of improving quality assurance of vaccine cold chain and the feasibility of VVM implementation, summarized and reviewed the VVM experience of CDIBP in JE vaccine export, and the test result on JE and Hib vaccines by TiantanBio and LIBP. The representatives visited the workshop of Keygen Biology and held on site discussions on VVM applications in terms of technology and business.
