March 4th, 2010, Vice President of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corp. (SINOPHARM) Li Zhixin, Director of HR Dept. Cao Lina, Director of Party Working Dept. Zhu Jingjin and HR Director Assistant to Lin Guang and others visited China National Scientific Instruments & Materials Import/Export Corp. (CSIMC) to assess the work reports of the company’s seniors. The leadership members, middle management team and staff representatives, in total 59 people attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Cao Lina.
According to the agenda, each leadership member made a comprehensive report on his works during 2008 and 2009, main duty performance, work measures, innovation, achievement and 2010 prospect, etc. After hearing the reports, according to the senior assessment requirements, all attendee made a strict evaluation and vote to the leaderships and members of the company based on their performance.
After the meeting, the assessment team met with some senior management members and staff representatives for individual discussion, directly heard the evaluation to the leadership team and the members.
